High Speed 2! is currently being translated online...and it makes me realize how much I love Aki and how much more I want to flesh her out and make believe that she could and would be like to have a rightful place in the anime.
If her design looks familiar, well it's because I've decided to use Lucy Heartfilia as a base for her, with a few modifications to her as well

It was my first attempt at doing muscles on a girl, how do you think I did?

tip for if you want to make her a character to realistically fit in the anime: girls who are on swim teams NEVER wear two pieces weather its practice or competition. tbh i would stick with her original swimsuit to make it believable.

and if you wanted to draw a specific training suit for her, it would most likely be an older suit, maybe a little baggy. girls who are really serious about competitive swimming usually even double suit during practicies to give them extra drag so when the time comes to swim in a meet, they can swim EXTRA fast without all the drag they're used to training with, if that makes sense.
